Clean Eating
I believe we are made up of body and soul. The mind/body connection is vital for good health.

The phrase 'You are what you eat' means more than just the effects of food on our body and metabolism - it also has an impact on our psychology and spiritual connection.
"Clean Eating" is defined as eating fresh and whole foods that have been minimally processed so that we are as close to our natural source as possible.

When we view ourselves as an integral part of creation and appreciate the natural world, we can really celebrate and enjoy its bounty!
Official statistics report a very large majority of Covid-19 victims were clinically obese. We cannot underestimate the importance of a healthy diet.

There is a direct correlation between self-esteem and respect for our bodies. When we see ourselves as a one-off, unique individual that will never again be in this time and space, we will feel a duty to preserve and look after our mind/body/soul...junk,fast and processed food simply becomes unappetising and we will crave wholesome goodness! This mindset is extremely helpful for those with eating disorder tenancies (whether over or under eating).

During lock-down I found myself creating more and more healthy treats for my family to enjoy.
